@0xPaulvibeI’m nearly 37. Solo founder, based in the Netherlands. Looking to connect with other builders! And I take around 10 vacations a year. Not because I’m not ambitious. Quite the opposite, actually. It’s because freedom isn't a perk; it's part of the goal. I didn’t start businesses to create a job I can never escape from. That's just trading one boss for another, arguably worse, one. My businesses exist to support my life. Not the other way around. I want to build things, make money, create systems, and work hard when it matters. And then, crucially, shut the laptop and go enjoy the mountains. Or the climbing wall. Or a run with my border collie. Or gymnastics. Or an obstacle course. You get the idea. I’ve learned that building is often the easy part now. Marketing, the continuous effort of getting your work seen, that's where the real friction is. And if that friction means I can't go bouldering or hit the trails, then the system is broken. That's why I'm obsessed with systems. With automation. With finding ways to keep good projects moving, to maintain momentum, without becoming a full-time marketer myself. Because frankly, I’d rather be outside. I’m looking to connect with more founders who see entrepreneurship this way. Ambitious, yes.
