CONNECTME · THE DETAILS
Terms of service
Last updated: 17 September 2026
ConnectMe is operated by Infiverse Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17407279. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Contact: [email protected].
1. The service
ConnectMe indexes public X posts from people looking to connect. You can browse without an account, suggest a post for review, and buy a temporary boost for an indexed post. You must be at least 18 to submit posts or purchase boosts, and have authority to act for any organisation you represent. ConnectMe is independent of X and is not endorsed by X or by people whose posts appear here.
2. Submissions and public posts
ConnectMe is a public database of X posts. Anyone can submit a public post URL for review and indexing. Submit only posts relevant to making connections. You can contact us to request removal. Submission is free and does not guarantee publication or a review deadline. We may correct, reject or remove entries, including at the author’s request. A listing is not verification of a person, endorsement of their views, or permission to contact them in ways they have not invited. Authors retain their rights in their posts. Only grant permissions for material you have authority to share.
Do not submit unlawful content, private or sensitive information, impersonation, harassment, spam or malicious links. Do not abuse the submission or payment services. We can restrict access or remove content to protect users or comply with law. To request removal, report an error or raise a copyright concern, email [email protected] with the post URL.
3. What a boost buys
A boost is a one-time payment, not a subscription, donation, investment or payment to the author. Anyone may boost an indexed post. Payment does not give ownership of that post or imply the author’s endorsement.
Each confirmed payment contributes its pre-tax USD amount to the post’s active boost total for exactly seven days from payment confirmation. The total determines its position in the paid Featured ranking. Higher totals rank first. For equal totals, the post whose most recent still-active payment was confirmed earlier ranks first. Each payment expires separately, so later payments do not extend earlier ones. If those payment times also match, the post ID provides a stable tie-break.
The homepage shows the leading featured posts. A boost does not guarantee a homepage slot, a particular position, impressions, clicks, followers, replies or connections. Other payments and expirations change rankings. Payment confirmation and listing updates can take several minutes. The free directory remains separate from paid ranking.
4. Prices, checkout and payment
Choose $1–$1,000 USD before tax. Stripe Checkout shows applicable tax and the final amount before you pay. Payment is handled through Stripe Managed Payments; the merchant of record and applicable purchase terms are identified at checkout and on your receipt. We do not receive full card details. Keep your receipt for support. By expressly accepting the checkout terms, you request that the boost begin as soon as payment is confirmed.
An incomplete, failed or cancelled checkout does not activate a boost. A return to this site is not proof of payment. Repeated completed checkouts are separate purchases and each adds its own seven-day contribution.
5. Cancellations, refunds and removed posts
For cancellation, billing errors, duplicate purchases or service problems, email [email protected] with the post URL and receipt or payment reference. Never send card details. You can also use the transaction support details in your Stripe receipt. Refunds are processed through the payment provider to the original payment method.
If you are a consumer with a statutory cancellation right, you can notify us within 14 days of purchase. Because you requested an immediate start, any deduction for service already supplied will apply only where the law permits it. We do not ask you to waive statutory rights. If a boost is not supplied as agreed, you may be entitled to a remedy or refund. If we remove a post or discontinue the service during a paid period, contact us for a refund of the undelivered portion, without limiting any greater rights you have under law. A change in ranking alone does not mean the service was not supplied.
You may use this cancellation wording, but you do not have to: “To Infiverse Ltd, at the address or email above: I give notice that I cancel my ConnectMe boost. Purchased on: [date]. Post URL and receipt reference: [details]. Name and contact address: [details]. Date: [date].” A clear email expressing your decision is sufficient.
6. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the service accurate and available, but public posts can change or disappear, and the site or its providers can experience interruptions. Use your own judgement when contacting people or following external links. We do not control X or external websites.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or removes mandatory consumer protections. For business customers, we exclude indirect or consequential loss to the extent permitted by law and limit our aggregate liability to the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. For consumers, we remain responsible as required by applicable law, including for foreseeable loss caused by our breach.
7. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms for future use or purchases and will publish the revised date here. Changes will not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an existing purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections and court rights in your place of residence.
